[Contacts] kite festival

Hello Everyone,
There has been such an overwhelming response to the kite festival e-mail
that I am just going to try to answer everyone's questions in one response.
First of all, there is no fee.  We do ask, however, that you fill out the
registration form that you find in the curriculum and send it back to us so
that we have a count of the number and ages of children participating in
the kite flying competitions.  You may ignore the part on the registration
form about school name; this curriculum was originally written for school
teachers.

Secondly, one packet is enough for a family.  The curriculum is mainly
instructions for the educator, not consumables.

There will be prizes for the winners of the kite flying competitions. There
will also be some booths outside selling Asian foods and crafts, but the
festival itself is free.  It is on May 3rd and 4th.
