This is an awesome book written by RJ Toftness. Do you struggle with math? Does your child(ren) struggle with math? Have you ever been asked the question by your children “Why do I have to study this junk? I will never use it!”
This book explains why math is important and does it in a fun way. The pictures are really fun and he has written it so anyone can understand it. He takes the scare out of trying to teach it and makes it fun.
We highly recommend this book. To buy your copy go to http://www.math-unlock.com/Order_the_Book.html.

Milton showing the back of the A B C Touch & Flip Cards. He loves the fill of them and how they all go together as a puzzle.
The A B C Touch & Flip Cards are fun and very helpful to teach special need children their letters! One side you will find a capital letter on the top left side. Mix them up and let them match the cards up into a puzzle form. each card connects to each other until all the alphabet is all together. Have them notice the G that begins for the picture goat. Flip the picture over and have them trace the G. The letter are made out of a sandpaper type of material so that it is rough on the child’s hand and he not only sees it but feel it as he traces it.
Another fun thing to do is to Match the capital letter in the upper left corner of the picture to the capital card that is white without raised letter. They can also take the second set of letters and place them under each picture so that it shows what picture begins with what letter. On the back of each white card is also a small letter. Have the child trace the upper and lower case letter as shown by the arrows.
If you child likes puzzles this is a fun way of learning! I highly recommend it. You can find this and other helpful things from Handwriting Without Tears at http://www.hwtears.com.

Milton showing how much fun the Roll-A-Dough can be!
Roll-A-Dough Letters comes with a tub of playdough a holder for the letters and then laminated letters with pictures of each letter. In the right hand corner of each letter is a picture of what the letter begins with. Have the child to draw each letter with their finger starting at the smiley face and down. Then take the playdough and have each letter drawn with it.
In the set is also a set of number to do the same thing with.
I highly recommend this for any special needs child. It has been wonderful for ours! Check these out at the Handwriting Without Tears at http://hwtears.com.

Milton having fun with the Stamp & See Screen. Loves being able to take it with him.
The Stamp & See Screen is a wonderful set to take with you to the hospital, car trips or something fun to do that will also teach as a game. It comes in a handy carry case with everything inside. Inside is one of those nifty draw screens that the kids love to draw pictures on and then erase it. On the back you will find a tall and short straight magnet board and a big and small half circle magnet board. These are magnet stamps that you will find easy for your child to handle.
I learned something very interesting from the Handwriting Without Tears company. Every letter has either a half circle or start line. If a child can draw these two shapes they can draw any letter.
Your child will have fun stamping the letters on the screen using the two different shapes. Have them use the writing magnet to draw around the boards and to write each letter with out the boards. This can be lots of fun and they love to take it with them because it is fun and easy to do. You will find that they enjoy it and loose track of time.
Yes, I love these and think you will too! Go to the Handwriting Without Tears website at http://hwtears.com and get yours.

My Book is a book all about the body. This is a great book to use with your child to help them learn the parts of their body. They will learn how to draw some of their face parts and other things about themselves. This is also a fun “I Can Read Book”. Take each thing step by step but it can “grow” with the child as they learn.
